What goes on a call sheet
A call sheet tells everyone on a shoot where to be, when, and who to call. The crew reads it on a phone at six in the morning, so the order matters more than the decoration. This template puts the general crew call first and gives every person their own call time and meeting point.
Crew call and the times of the day
General crew call, unit move, ready on set, meals and estimated wrap. Sunrise and sunset matter for exteriors.
Locations with codes
Address, parking and the nearest hospital for each location. A short code like STU or CAFE keeps the schedule and the crew list readable.
Schedule
What is shot when and where. Breaks and company moves are rows of their own, so nobody has to guess.
Cast and crew
Name, position, phone, individual call time and where to meet. Crew is grouped by department.
Important notes
Access, parking, safety, closed set. Anything everyone has to read goes at the top, not at the bottom.

Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no trial, no limit. The PDF has a small Vidaset line in the footer, and that is the whole price.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server. Use Save file to keep a copy or move it to another computer.
Can I use my own logo and colors?
Yes. Upload a logo and set three colors. Contrast is calculated, so text stays readable on any color you pick.
A4 or US Letter?
Both. Pick the paper size in Setup, together with a 12 or 24-hour clock.
Is there a blank call sheet to print?
Yes. Right under the form you can download an empty call sheet as a PDF, in A4 and US Letter, to fill in by hand.
